    Very good

We had a wonderful stay here on top of Victory hill. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel grounds were huge and had a beautiful swimming pool.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location in the mountain provided a peaceful and quiet environment.

We had a great view of the mountains from our window which made it an interesting place for a vacation, and the pool was perfect for us.

The room was quite big. Large territory, quite beautiful.

Everething! We tried many hotels in Sihanoukville - this hohel is the worse! I have read the bad review on Booked.net about this hotel, but decided to check by myself. It was a bad idea. 1. We asked a family room. They offered for us a room in an abandoned building. In the main building they don't have any family room. The abandoned building looks like a ghoust house ;) with moldy walls. 2. The breakfast!!! This is super. In the very dirty dining room two kind of rice! That is all. No bread, no jam, no butter. 3. The hotel is far far away from tourist's zone. 4. Staff does not speak English enought. I will not come again in this hotel :)

    Nothing

They had no idea I was booked in and were very unhelpful blaming it on a management change. The new manager 'never turned up once while I was there. I still do not know if I will end up paying them twice as I booked by credit card but they said machine was not working so I had to pay by cash. The location is dreadful, miles away from anywhere and taxi drivers have no idea what it is and indeed where it is. It is next to a very ugly port. I saw no sign of any breakfast too. A monumentally bad hotel. Do NOT stay here.

Lovely view, great pool, delicious food! I recently stayed at a hotel on a hill with an amazing view of a harbor. the pool was the best part, spacious and perfect for relaxing. the food was delicious and quite affordable. I also enjoyed the quiet location of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center.

I've lived in Cambodia for almost 6 years and so am used to slumming it a little. I took my family & extended family there for one night. The place looked okay initially but upon entering reception things changed. This could be a good place but there's just a lack of interest from owners/management down. There was no information in reception about the location of facilities or what there was to do in the nearby town. Staff seemed more concerned with sitting watching tv. Not a uniform in sight. Staff wandered around in jeans and tee shirts with nothing to distinguish them as staff. We asked for one room with a double bed and the other with twin. Both rooms had twin beds. The room itself was okay but somebody thought an a/c unit should be fixed over the entrance door when the bed was around the corner, the room was l shaped to house the bathroom. So it didn't really cool down that well. The surface of the bath was slippery as it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were no handrails in there to assist with it being slippery. The room contained none of the usual information one expects - telephone numbers to dial, whether laundry available, useful taxi numbers etc. Nothing. Nothing about fire escape and no fire escape signs anywhere in the hotel. There was a small ornamental pond by reception under the stairs with a large white dead fish floating in it. I told staff who did nothing. The swimming pool had two small changing rooms. One was filled with bags of what could have been cement. There was a lack of proper shade and seating if the full capacity of the pool had been used. The water had been incorrectly treated with chemical so that it was very uncomfortable when water got in the eyes. Great for small children. There was no pool attendant or any member of staff even hovering near. No obvious toilets but we later discovered a wc sign on a side wall of the canteen area.

    Not much to like.

This is a very weird, out of the way place with few guests, few staff and basically a crumbling shadow of its past glory (?). It is isolated and definitely NOT a 3 star hotel. Our experience there was eerie and strange and we left after 2 nights.

Great location with a beautiful view of the sea and hills. The friendly and helpful staff provided delicious food and refreshing drinks in the restaurant. The accommodation was clean and smelled nice. The swimming pool was great for fun and relaxation. The nearby Hawaii Beach was perfect for an enjoyable day out.

The hotel is not suitable for families or those travelling with friends. There weren't many people around which made us feel a bit uneasy.

Although it is near Sihanoukville Port, it is relatively quite. The room was spacious, and the hotel grounds is huge. The staff were friendly and have a relax atmosphere, always give a nice smile. The hotel location is far from the beach or downtown but I welcome the silence of the hill after a chaotic stay at the beachfront.

The hotel needs some good management and staff needs to improve their english skills. I booked for a double room but they give us a twin room and I think they did not checked their booking information till we checked out so our room was not actually prepared. There are different choices for breakfast, though the table could use a good cleaning. I think the problem with this hotel is more on the management level. Staff are poorly trained. The hotel would have been fantastic if it was managed properly.
